I am Murat Bostanci. My personal objective is to become the first competitive Turkish rally driver in world rallying.

 

In 1988, I was born into a family with strong motorsport involvement: My father is a multiple Turkish and Balkan Rally Champion and my mother is a an co-driver to many successful rally drivers in Turkey.

 

I started my motorsport career with rally-cross in 2008 and continued onto rallying in 2009. I became the youngest ever Turkish Rally Champion in 2014, winning many titles along the way; the most important one being the winner of European Rally Trophy in 2015. 

 

I am a Motorsport Engineer (Oxford Brookes University, 2011 Graduate, Bachelor Degree in Motorsport Engineering) and I have a great interest in the mechanics and dynamics of a rally car. I am a strong follower of all types of sports, have interest in cooking and global food cultures, I enjoy travelling and meeting new people.
